A ice themed villainess from Siberia who is also a childhood friend of Red Menace.

She can stand temperatures below zero and can instantly freeze people and object with sub zero ice breath and can give enemies instant hypothermia through kisses on the mouth.

She can also call upon her pet yeti named Snowflake to aid in battle.

She and Red were close friends way back when in Russia and even at one point had feelings for one another. Years later and despite them not seeing each other for so long, they still remain good and supportive friends and she even aids ULOSE on some occasions.

She shares a rivalry with The White Knight.
