I m sorry to invite myself in your chat , but  there can be 2 simple explanations  :

1- in spite of the great job done by Cyberex3 , he didn't credited J.W. Warehouse in his artist comment  as  a source of inspiration , or  as the reference for a study for this copyArt. For a moderator who know the JW Waterhouse artworks, without that kind of comment , this artwork is seen  as a plagiarism, instead of what it is : a study   constructed with different artworks of Waterhouse  (as Cyberex3 explained it later), because without the credit of the original artist, it looks like an appropriation of the creation of someone else.

2- other possible explanation (most of the time the good explanation ) : the wrong day  / or the wrong folder (due the major DA's bug about it)
