Yes! She always had curls, but I never knew what to do with them, and then I remembered that those little cheek curls were in style back then. (ok Josephine Baker inspired me. Actually I'm surprised no one has asked me about the similarities yet. Spies. Possibly bisexual. Don't need no man. Adopts a bazillion children. Josephine Baker is my idol.)
Also I don't know yet if the outfit would be canon or AU, I was just watching too many 1920's show girl videos 'D
If it is canon then it is probably when she is working for her grandmother / Madame Christmas. Or Dodger made her wear it. Who knows.
