In the lands of the Devata Worshipers on top of the Snowy Mountains exists the many idols of Deities that are said to exist, though outside the lands they are found to just be myths and fairy tales, the Devatas are real, they are just a race beyond humans, they don't actually do anything for the people who worship them but look over curious on their survival, Shakti on the other hand always wanted to be involved in the flawed world of Mantra wanting adventure and excitement, tired of her cycling life she decides to cross to the world of Mantra by jumping off her realm, doing so is a taboo and many of the beings there try to stop her including her family the Devatas, years of fighting her Father to leave the realm Shakti finally overpowers her Father and leaps off the realm falling into Mantra
Shakti has been training in developing her overwhelming strength and her near-invincible body with the other Devatas to guard her realm, she doesn't require a Bubble Pack like everyone else since she can take on any attack and damage, though this does bore her since he defense makes things too easy, she hopes to find someone or something that can actually hurt her overtime and not realizing developing a masochistic side, she is a very powerful Esper Being that are compared to Gods, so powerful that they created their own realm, although Shakti herself can't do this she is special more in combat
Being a Special Esper her Psychic Energy is merged into her body giving her a stone-like look, 1 of the reasons for her near-invulnerability it also causes her to build up her powerful body from her emotions whether she's excited or enraged, she becomes more empowered and can take on more damage, from her raw power she can perform powerful strikes rapidly building up more and more energy, there seems to be no cons from her ability other than her getting too excited to the point she will go berserk seeking more opponents to defeat
Her Golden Arms are formed by her Raw Psychic Energy which lets her break nearly anything, from striking the same opponent or object repeatedly she builds up a combustible energy within them doing even more damage, when excited or enraged she grows out 4 more arm from her back to strike more while also making her more fast and stronger, she can even boost herself up by punching the surface she's on, clapping her hands can cause massive shock in front of her

Boy: {looks at the statue of Shakti}...

Boy: {gasps} F-Father!

Shakti: {punches 1 knocking them into a crowd causing them all to go in the air} Haaar! {punches many of them away into the air} Haaar! Yaaa! Haha! {grabs 1 by the leg & swings them around knocking away many others} Haaaaaaar! Yaaa! {throws them to a cliff break the edge off making it drop on many more of them}

Twisted: {more jump down & run towards her}

Ape Twisted: {holding the boy & runs off down the mountain} Hrrrrrr...
Shakti: Oh no you don't {1 of her fists charges with her raw energy as she swings & fires of a energy fist at it}
Ape Twisted: {shoulder gets hit making it trip down the mountain rolling}
Boy: Waaaaaah!
Shakti: Uh-oh! {slams the ground with both fists boosting herself forward} Haaaaaaar! {goes down the mountain sliding on her feet}
Boy: Help me!

Ape Twisted: {slides on snow & swings it's fist at her} Hrrr!
