Very true, considering Korbyn didn't even know until Masky told her...and Jeff acted weird after he said that Korbyn's grandma speaking Beyond the grave was awesome. I think he would mostly like trying to reject Korbyn and his feelings for her if he did

But rejecting love and someone who could help him could further deepen his psychological problems and cause him to become even more distant. Something tells me Jeff is going out of his way to ensure he won't develop feelings for anybody...he even seemed upset when Korbyn patched up his wounds after that fight with scarecrow, like he fully expected to die and would have been okay with that.

Oh yeah I didn't think of it that way. You're right, considering the scene were they were still at the park, while Korbyn was talking to Scarecrow I was a bit confused when Jeff had his back turned as he was dying of blood loss. It looked like he was just waiting to dye. And later on when Slenderman was pissed at him for not looking after Korbyn, he was quite surprised that Slender didn't "dispose of him for being a disobedient Proxy". Jeff, stop rejecting and bottling up your feelings.
