Manu Turongawat is a master of all the martial arts of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Yunnan (China), Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan and Java) and the Philippines and despite this He was looking for a bigger challenge so he went to Gotham to find and defeat the Bat but in his search, Manu along with other people were exposed to a "DNA explosion". an explosion that was created in a biogenetics laboratory, the exposed people became half-man half-animal hybrids and Manu became a Manturong man and to his incredible reaction he was fascinated with his new appearance. he could climb walls, his strength, speed and acrobatics tripled and his tail is now a third arm but still he could not defeat the bat so for revenge he with his new improved senses tracked and recruited the other hybrids to hit the bat the fight of his life.
