Panty Anarchy from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. It's a manga page from Panty and Stocking in manga strip (it's a series of short stories).
Well, the story behind this one is that Panty and Stocking had to fight a ghost Santa, but he was resisting everything they threw at him, so they got pissed off and ordered with a Black Card some heavy weapons, like a massive sword for Stocking and A MOTHERF*CKING MINIGUN FOR PANTY (guess which char is my favorite).
I had to paint this page, since it is sooo badass. Enjoy it!

I think Panty looks kinda hotter in Kill la Kill style, though I liked her two designs (Western cartoon-looking Panty and actual anime style Panty) a lot.
