Description
I recently discovered this hilarious new video called "Caillou the Grownup", about a 22-year-old Caillou. Caillou is a whiny manchild who refuses to get a job (in other words, a stereotypical millennial). His dad tries to make him get a job, but Caillou refuses and throws a tantrum, thus getting his way. We also get to see his little sister Rosie (who is more mature than him) vaping. I thought the whole thing was hilarious, so I thought I'd make a meme out of it.See the video for yourself:Β www.youtube.com/watch?v=ancfV-β¦

I used to like Caillou when I was little, but I grown out of it. Realizing the eponymous character he was a brat, I hate the show now.

Sad to say that I am just about classed as a Millennial but in no way do I think of myself as one.
For starters I work and don't cry when I don't get my own way!

Plenty of millennials don't like the term "millennial" because it carries such a negative connotation.

I knew I wasn't the only one who thought that there are a lot of immature millennials nowadays and this is coming from someone part of Generation Z. I didn't know that immaturity is a stereotypical millennial trait, just thought that lots of manchildren/womanchildren happen to consist of mostly millennials.
I love that Caillou parody so much because it's accurate and satisfying. It took the words right out of my mouth. AOK makes hilarious animations. I love that Caillou's dad's voice actor (the parody dad not canon dad) imitated the exact same voice of the canon dad.
I showed the video to myΒ sister and sheΒ wondered how come Caillou managed to grow hair on his legs and not on his head (he hasn't grown any hair on his head for 18 years).Β Β
Btw there's a sequel and AOK might make more Caillou parody (Caillou has a date) episodes due to a large number of people demanding more Caillou parodies.

Yes, Gen Z is called post-Millennials but they aren't the same. I'm not one actually, plus the exact dates are fuzzy and people still don't know the exact end date for Millennials. I did research and it said that if you're between 22 and 37 this year, you're a Millennial. Plus, Generation Z starts in the mid 90's to 2010.Β I started using a computer when I was 5 years old and I used an iPad for the first time in 6th grade and I have no memory about 9/11 because I was 2 years old when it happened. I fall more into Generation Z. Yeah, people said that the Millennial cut-off year is 1999 but it's said to be 1995 because of attitude changes among people who are thought to be Millennials (those born in the late 90's and early 2000s).

That's strange. The last time I did research, that Millennials are born in the late 90's and early 2000's too. People born in the early 2000's are not kids or teens anymore in a couple of years.

You probably looked at an ill-defined site. The Millennial generation starts in 1981, not the mid-90's. That's too young to be Millennial.

Alright.
I know the Millennial Generation starts at the 80's, I thought that the Millennial Generation ends at the early 2000's.

That's way too long for a generation if it started in the early 80's and ended in the early 2000's.

Generation Alpha, the babies and toddlers who know how to use technology just not on the same level as kids, teens, and adults. They usually use their parent's smartphones or tablets to watch their favorite shows. Babies born in this decade are usually very smart.
One of my dad's friends has a son who's about to turn 2 and he knows how to skip ads on YouTube when watching his favorite show on his dad's phone. If you bend down to get a closer look at him, he will assume you're trying to take the phone away and move to a different place.Β Β
Oh yeah, one of my cousins, who is 1 uses a phone to watch his favorite shows. He's different from most Alpha kids because he actually plays with toys. He also likes stuff that's not even toys like pens, paper, and phones (any type of phone not just smartphones). And he LOVES food. He rarelyΒ eats baby food, he eats mostly solid food.
Most of them don't cry if you take their favorite stuffed animal away, they will cry if you take their technology away.

No offense, but babies, toddlers and little kids in general shouldn't have smartphones and tablets because they need to socialize with others their age or play with toys and not rely too much on technology. It's the parents responsibility to raise their kids, not technology. Plus, looking on a screen too much are not very good for their eyes and their health and growth in general.
Same could be said with kids on social media. Nowadays, some kids down to age 7 or 8 already have a YouTube, Instagram or other accounts on social media where pedophiles can lurk them.

I believe they should keep it in moderation because obviously don't watch TV all day. Play with your blocks, stuffed animals, toy cars, mega blocks, etc.
Oh God, kids shouldn't even be on the Internet. They need to wait until they're 13. Certain popular social media sites don't allow anyone under 13 like Tumblr.

Except the problem is, they can lie about their age when they sign up.
