Test panel for issue 3.

Long story short, issue 3 is going to be a "Bomber's Bay" segment for the most part.

For those of you that have read my stuff...yes...that will be seen in this 'verse.

Testing some sets for this sequence...I do see that I might have to do a slight scale adjustment on the outer village/outpost.

Shawn...as usual your toys are awesome (I rank you right up there with that crazy lovable Russian vendor Applejack when it comes to cool toys to play with). And to VP...yes, this is your "older stuff", but it works well for this project.
