Ahh..... So you've got your "Not Emo"-hoodie, your "Not Emo"-tight pants, your "Really, I'm Not Emo"-hairstyle, and your "Seriously, Guys! I'm Totally Not Emo"-eyeliner, right?
If you have to constantly distinguish yourself from a certain subculture or group(especially a socially stigmatized one), then chances are that you embody enough of the stereotypical traits of said group to easily confuse people. And while you may not consider yourself "Emo", the behavior and style you exhibit likely attaches you close enough with the subculture that you might as well be one in the eyes of others.
Denying this, rather than doing anything to change what makes people think you're Emo in the first place, is only going to exacerbate the situation even more rather than quell it. You seem to think that people call you Emo simply because you wear black, when this is likely very far from the truth. It isn't the colors you wear, it's how you wear them.
For example, Emos tend to wear their blacks in a more contemporary style, such as t-shirts, jeans, and hoodies. They also tend to highlight the black on their clothes with bright or contrasting colors, like red or hot pink, yet they still tend to wear predominately black clothing. This separates them from Scene kids, who often do the reversal. Emo hairstyles often consist of fringed bangs that hang over the eyes and sometimes streaks of color to contrast the black dye.
Goths, on the other hand, tend to wear more elaborate outfits. It's sometimes pretty hard to tell a Goth's attire apart from that of a Halloween costume. They might dress in Victorian-era suits and dresses, or maybe leather fetish gear. Some will wear trench coats, a la The Matrix, and they usually apply their makeup much more liberally. Whereas Emos will usually only focus on their eyes with eyeliner and mascara, Goths will usually apply lipstick, foundation, and eyeshadow(regardless of sex) to achieve a distinctively more "dead"-look.
There are also "Mall Goths". These are teenagers who are making that transition between Emo and Goth, or sometimes are misinformed about the differences in the subcultures and mix attributes of both together. Mall Goths usually wear things like Marilyn Manson and Mudvayne t-shirts(as they aren't yet "cultured" enough to appreciate "true" Goth music), Tripp Pants, wristbands, and are often seen on skateboards or at least affiliated with skater culture.
If any of these styles seems close to your own, then you can see why people would call you one of these when you don't consider yourself one. After all, when it comes to musical subcultures, the fashion often makes or breaks the deal. Shallow? Yes. Pathetic and childish? Yes. Unnecessary? You bet. But remember, these are children we're talking about here. And kids can be so cruel...

All I'm saying is that Emos aren't just characterized by wearing black, and that if people are calling you Emo, you're probably giving them reason to think that you are.

Why not you? You made this stamp saying that "Just because I wear black I'm not Emo" even though you've never been confused for an Emo in your life.
Either you subconsciously believe that others think you're Emo and are looking to prevent a misconception prematurely(an exercise in futility, as misconceptions are bound to happen) or you are looking to draw attention to yourself by exploiting a complaint that many "alternative" young people these days face. How many other people do you think get sick of being called Emo when they're not? I'll tell you, you're not the first to get pissy over three letters, and you certainly won't be the last.
