For some unknown reason, Megalon destroyed the crystal corruption on the surviving part of Monster Island, freeing Baragon and Manda from its influence. Miku ponders on whether the aliens are rethinking their goals. The three Kaiju meet up but don't attack each other. The GDF also notices the Emperors of Atlantis and Seatopia talking. They learn that the two people were at war with each other, but have now decided to form a truce in order to end the Crystal infection. Biollante then appears, and the three Kaiju work together to take her down. Enraged by the betrayal, Vorticia plans for Megalon and the Seatopians to be exterminated...
