Not long after I took this frame the bee decided that it had enough of me and the camera
Tech Specs: Canon 70D (F11, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon MP-E 65mm macro lens (3x) + a diffused MT-24EX. This is a single, uncropped, frame taken hand held.
Technique: I went looking for something to shoot early in the morning and found this bee snoozing in one of my Lavender plants, but it was 21C and it didn't take long for it to get active. Shot with an artificial flower for the background.

brilliant. This photo is taken outdoor or you have shot it indoor ?. One thing more how come this bee is soo calm

I took it outside on my patio table. The bee is calm because it's still dormant (I look for them early in the morning).
