This is something I've been wanting to try for a while - a straight recreation (as opposed to the mash-up cover recreations I've done in the past) of the cover of one of the comics that helped change me into a comic fan as a kid.In this case, Silver Surfer #3.
The original cover was created by John Buscema and Joe Sinnott, copyright Marvel Comics.

You know, I've never actually read any of the original Surfer series... all I know about this ish is that it's the first appearance of Mephisto at Marvel.
