Description
Here's another EC-inspired piece of gift art for my friend Mike, for his housewarming present. He's a logging history enthusiast, as well as a decent logger himself.I borrowed part of the title & trade dress from Weird Science, obviously.
The lumberjack in the piece is based on Mike, and the dog is his half wolfhound/mastiff mix, Oskar. Kind of a Paul Bunyan/Babe thing going on, especially considering Mike's 6 foot 8.

Thanks much!
Unfortunately at this time I'm too busy with my Portland Underground webcomic project to take on commissions.

This is very funny and I'm sure a great gift for your friend. It gives me an idea to do something similar for a friend of mine who just got his first house too.

Thank you! I think I enjoy doing the fake EC covers most of all - they have worked really well for friend/family comic portraits.

And I enjoy looking at them, probably more than most of the younger followers might! Us old guys remember when! LOL
