Description
I totally forgot to upload this. The full version of the example pose I used for my workshop at animecon (and the tutorial here).
It's far from perfect, but that's pretty normal... considering I made this just 2 days before the deadline XD)
You can find the tutorial here:

The anatomy is amazing. The foreshortening and how the body reacts to the wind is pretty good. The fold lines on the clothes are accurate. The shadowing is pretty good. There are some area's where shadowing is not needed, but their not noticeable (That's good). The artwork itself catches an eye. It's pretty bad ass as I can say. The red shine from the eyes is pretty cool, also the red orb he's holding is pretty neat. Maybe if you give some red shine effects from the orb, it would make it look epic. (My opinion)
Overall, the artwork is EPIC!!! 8(>v<)8

That is rather subjective mate. I think you should have posted it in the comments.

Strong work on this one.
The lines are sharp, including the folds.
Clothing is a tough one.
Shadows are well placed and give the image depth.
I like the proportions as well. He doesn't look distorted as some similar works do.
As to the pose, I believe he's got smoke around him on the floor or ground. That's a good fit with the pose.
The red around the eyes works well as a contrast to the piece as a whole.
The ball of red though seems ill fitted. It seems more behind the hand and less emanating from it.
Overall a very nice piece.

The drawing overall is well done, the anatomy is correct, the shadowing presents it self pleasentely on the look, the style is somewhat unoriginal due to general anime look a like drawing, but the color combination with various tones of grey and then the use of red is something i like and think that appeals visually very well, the clothing is very well done i must say, good wrinkles placed in strategic areas that complement the position hes in and no exaggeration. For final ill say the three things that appeal to me the most, the colours, the clothing because i think its just right, meaning no simplicity but no overdos aswell, and finally the composition with the ninja like stance along with the clouds ( that i really like) and the red eyes that make me feel as this character is somewhat mysterious.
Like i said the drawing is well done, there is no shortage in technique, its simply the overall drawing and its simplicity ( not saying that is something simple to do) in the overall scenery of the drawing that makes me not get that wow effect that i could have if the clothing for instances ( its well done though) were more complex as in assassins garments with various killing acessories, but i will not assume nothing by these details, because as far as i know this character was drawn with the intent of pose demonstration and i do not know if its a known character drawn with such intencional clothing and simplicity.
One last word, good work, like your style, keep working and i hope your sucess is continuosly increasing for you have the skills for such and plenty of technique.

This is so epic ^-^ I love seeing more dynamic poses in drawings, I should practice doing dynamic poses, I usually do the same pose and expression and in every art piece, I need more variety.

Wow! I like that pose and the expression on his face. Especially his red eyes and this red light are pretty nice. It's coming out so good, the atmosphere is soooo ...so...yes...it seems dangerous anyway. <3

Very cool pose, good reminder that refs are VERY usefull... I never spend enough time on finding good refs.
Oh and thx for the "Like". Hehe, read your journal .Good idea with a "like" -fav section. Good tips, and I especially agree with the first part: this is a social media... just talking and interacting and being friendly is the best way of getting ppl to peak at your stuff!

Even though the title says Dynamic pose, and the photo references one, i think you missed it a bit.
For your char is too stiff.. Problem lies in his shoulders and head... his right arm (our left) which is in the reference photo bent, as is the shoulder lowered. You have done the opposite.
You need to practice more cloth movement and creasing. Smoke is cartoonish to a point which it does not fit the character... Looks rather like some cotton instead of transparent air particles.
His hips and leg are at a uncomfortable position. Study the photo more accurately.
Hope it helps.
