Before the girls could react, Ms. Featherstone reached up and took a clip out of her hair. The long black locks began to undulate of their own accord, and quickly grew longer. Dawn gasped as Ms. Featherstone's hair enveloped the three girls. A cocoon of soft black tresses pulled the four of them tightly together.

Megan began to scream, but found her voice useless. As quickly as her mind could take in what was transpiring, she felt as if every molecule of her body had been pulled apart and reassembled elsewhere. The experience wasn't painful, but it was a tad disorienting. Before she had time to process the sensation, the cocoon unraveled itself, the mass of hair retreating and falling gently around Ms. Featherstone. The girls found themselves in some kind of stone room, without windows or doors.

"Welcome," Ms. Featherstone grinned, "to my real office. Where the magic happens..."

I admit I'm not too happy with how this one turned out. Making Ms. Featherstone's hair as both a background and foreground element, and rendering it turned out worse the more I tweaked it. I decided to leave well enough alone and try better on the next pic.
