With the Purple Vixen Busters eliminated, and the local police largely bought off, Purple Vixen had a free hand for her various criminal enterprises. Gangs of her hench girls roamed the streets openly in their fear-inducing purple spandex uniforms, robbing and terrorizing the local citizenry without opposition. The times were dark and many were without hope!
