i mean i love this movie, the special the effects, and the story is really nice done, but i just hate the end i mean, could be a lot better that a wolf running in the snow mountain

But did you see the 1982 version of The Thing? Because this new version is a prequel to that older one. The very beginning of the one from 1982 begins with a wolf running in the snow and norwegians chasing it, the dog runs from them and runs straight into the usa camp. Honestly the ending was beyond pefect! Personally i would have been extremelly disappointed if this newer version would have ended ANY other way. This ending was truly flawless! The creators of this movie took great measures in ensuring that this movie fit like a puzzle piece to the original one. If you have not see the 1982 version with kurt russell, i highly recommend you do cuz it is a great movie!

no problem. But do keep in mind that it is much older and the visual effects (while incredible for their time) are not as good as the new one. But yeah for those of us who have been fans of the old one for 30 years, you will see why us old fans absolutely loved the ending on this one. I really wish you had been able to watch the 1982 version (starring Kurt Russell) before you watched the new one I do hope you enjoy the older one, the acting in it is awesome! Watching the trust break down between all of them is my favorite thing about that movie. There is actually an even older version of the movie called "The Thing from Another World" made in 1951, it is the true original, but unless you just want to watch a very very old movie out of curiousity, i would skip that one. i gonna watch it for sure!!! excuse my ignorants, i dindt know that the movie actually has that scene of the wolf on the original, i would be more carefull to criticize a movie, thank you very much

Oh no worries, sorry if i came across harsh, hahaha, didn't mean it to sound that way. It's just that it blew me away when you said that cuz i loved the ending so much. Again i would like to say Great job on the poster, i love it !
