wait if you draw something showing expression you have to have thought something, no matter how simple it may have been or there really wouldnt be any emotion whatsoever. Right?

Were you trying to say that despite the fact that I said that there had been no story behind these sketches, there actually was, even if it were only a slight, half-formed idea?
If so, I concede the point. You're right, there was sort of an idea behind all these sketches, individually, just not a coherent story.
Like for instance, Taffyta being dead, she'd been racing outside of the game and died and had come back momentarily as an electronic ghost-thing. Vanellope's head injury was an idea for one of the comics I did that never really worked out.

Damn. Last few sketches are heavy. For some reason, though, I'm getting a "she died an epic heroine death" vibe from it...
I can think up of an emotional mental monologue Vanellope must have been thinking if she were to recall the hypothetical event. "Oh, Taffyta... We were so young..."

Heavy is a good word for it. I've been thinking about the next comic, and a few of these came to me before settling on the final idea.

Ah, no worries!
Speaking of Taffyta being an angel, that reminds me of an OC I have. But instead of an angel, said OC would be akin to a demon Taffyta. Yeesh. The joys of going a tad overboard with a recolor OC, eh? Just thought I'd throw that out there since I giggled just now thinking about it.
