Women should be moved into more positions of economic and political authority. Women should be favored for intellect based positions and leadership. They should have a pick from many cushy and well paying jobs.
Men should fill positions for labor intensive of dangerous jobs. If they can't fill enough of these positions with volunteers men should be required to fill them by law.

Great image. And kinda more and more true. IRL my boss is a woman, younger than me, and attractive. My boss's boss is even younger even more attractive. Must've been hired right out of college.
Meanwhile the techs n worker bees, like me, are mostly male 40s-50s ish.
The Top Top directors are still old white men. But, most of the new middle management and supervisory positions are being filled by young ladies. In a decade or so, after the old white dudes retire, it'll be a female-dominated company in the supervisory and management positions.

Boys work best when trained to obey orders without question, but a Woman is superior. A Woman's superior mind can cause amazing things to happen, and boys should be used to assist and serve them.
