I don't know if I'm the only one, but when I look at this, I see it like I'm looking at one of those stereoscopic illusions in those Magic-eye books, or like I'm looking at a diorama. It looks 3D - as in I feel like I'm seeing it in 3 dimensions, not like you made it in a 3D program. The yellow paint in front of her face and boob especially has this effect. I'm not sure if it was something you did specifically that's causing it (like painting at so high of a resolution that the borders between colors are ridiculously crisp or if it's caused by the contrast between the colors? or something else?) or if it just came out that way unintentionally.
I've never seen a painting do this, and it really gives this already masterful painting another layer of literal depth. Amazing!
