I use a normal brush, settings you can see in the step by step pic. I do blend colors just with paint over and over and over with the different colors

Well its in german, so hard for us to read -- but the settings tab isn't shown - so, for instance, we can't see the hardness settings or spacing, etc...

I don't think it's something special. Spacing around zero, hard edges...standard-brush.

Shape Dynamics isn't clicked either, and on the default hard round it is, so that's different - but I'll be interested to try that out
