Garnet/sailor neo black moon/penelope, the main character of my sailor moon fanfiction and the little sister of Saphire and Diamond from the black moon clan, in her 'princess' outfit which is inspired by princess kakyu's costume design. Ruby is a calico cat and is Penelope's guardian cat, much like Luna artemis and Diana are for the inner sailor scouts.
