Because I know some of you artists still don't get it.
Altered character model incorporating elements of the games and the OVA Nightwarrios: Darkstalkers Revenge... That I think involved Masami Obari?
{Edit: Nah, it was Shuko Murase. His character design style really did resemble Obari's for a while, though...}

And Now... For your "edutainment"~ A rant based on facts and educated estimations~:
=She is a shawty~ 5' 6"(168cm tall) and just a lil' bit thick. Making her look taller than that is a mistake. Don't- do- it.
=She's not built like a stick, she's athletically toned. Felicia is muscular like a gymnast or *gasP* a martial artist(oh noes~).
=She is canonically larger in the breasts department than Mai Shiranui(a FAMOUSLY busty fighting game girl, look her up), she has wide dancing hips with a booty and her model from Marvel Versus Capcom 3(or Infinite) does not count.
+I repeat: the model from Marvel Versus Capcom 3 DOES NOT COUNT. That model was based off of half-assed-done fan art like a lot of us do.
=She does not have milky, creamy skin. Hey...if that's your thing, I understand. But Felicia is supposed to be from Las Vegas, Nevada. And she's a cat. You know she's gonna sunbathe or nap outside in the sun SOMEtimes.
She has a bit of a tan. No, it's not a dark tan, but it's still a tan. Just get over your preferences, okay?
+Think of it like this, she's from Vegas, and she was an orphan. Maybe she's half Mexican? *shrug*
=You can't give her completely blue eyes. NO!...Noooooo...No. White cats with blue eyes are typically completely deaf. To counter-act this, may I suggest something that is a blue-green hybrid color? Trust me, it looks gorgeous.~
=Her feet have four toes(that we can see) each, and her hands have four fingers and a thumb each.
...why you trying to give the girl Mickey Mouse hands with claws?
+Furthermore, the size of her feet and hands....oh....oh, you bastards...
Because some of you are afraid of a woman with large hands and feet, you keep giving her small, normal hands and feet with claws. On the flip side, others are giving her hands and feet that are...just "oh my God, why" huge.
+She's five foot six inches(5' 6") tall. That's one-hundred sixty-eight centimeters(168cm) tall for those of you using metric. Those hands and feet of hers are still quite big, but relatively speaking not too big. Her feet would fit a USA men's size 13 or 13.5 shoe, and her hand might be ten(10) to eleven(11) inches long and about five and a half(5.5) inches(13.9cm) to six and a quarter(6.25) inches(15.87cm) wide at the palm.
+And the balloon-fingers and toes thing has got to stop. Cat's paws don't work that way.
+And the claws retract... I don't know who it was that got lazy at Capcom and decided Felicia's claws had to be out at full length at all times, but the sprite always had her with claws that retracted...
Hell, you want to give her balloon fingers, make it so they only look balloon-y when her claws are retracted into her upper phalanges.
=That tail of hers? Yeah...that...that--that starts where a human's tail-bone does...Yeah, it IS part of her spine, yeah.
=The curtains match the drapes...there are no excuses. You're a smart kid, you figure it out.
= Dude...she's pretty much naked....It ain't a costume. Them white parts? Yeah, actual grown-in fur.
=The hairband is actually made out of some stretchy fabric material and is colored white. It goes around her head, pulling her hair through so that the band rests on her throat. It then twists behind her neck, then goes back up over the top of her head to rest in front of her ears...
+In. Front. of. Her. Ears... Her ears are not part of the hairband, period. She is not wearing a hood, she is not wearing a separate hairband and collar, or a choker around her neck with a hairband on her head with fake kitty ears.
Cut that shit out. We are deservedly ridiculous when we do that, and I know you guys can't stand being ridiculed and criticized. Art is hard enough, try to avoid the easily avoidable mistakes, okay?
=Adorable and naive doesn't equal cute and clueless. Again, the version in MvC3 doesn't count unless they correct that shit in the future.
