So... I have never had a drawing stress me out as much as this one has. First of all, it's the first time I've ever done a drawing where the background played such a significant part. Trying to figure out all those friggin' trees was interesting (I ususally avoid anything that has this level of detail because I typically lack the patience for it). I'm glad I did this, though. I think it really pushed me.

Colored Pencil, Paint pen, Gel Pen on 8.5x11" Cardstock- appx. 40 hours

This is a contest to promote the wolves from The Wolf Mountain Nature Center, where I volunteer. All submissions must be of the Wolf Mountain wolves. My hope is to see contest entries that reflect each wolf's personality and/or help promote the true nature of wolves. You can see each pack's profile below.
Entries can be digital, traditional or photo-manipulation type art. Feel free to get creative with your entries, although the wolves must be recognizable. All submissions should be sent via note. Contest end date is tentatively February 28th.
