This is the title card for a crossover special that Chris Savino should’ve done for Cartoon Network in late 2004, the Powerpuff Girls Enter Dexter’s Laboratory. I know the credits read Created by Genndy Tartakovsky and Craig McCracken, but they are probably just going to be the executive producers.

This special would’ve served as a great final send off to Dexter’s Laboratory, and maybe we could learn Dexter’s last name in the show (though it was rumored to be McPherson), as well as the first names of Dexter’s parents, with maybe Jessica being his mom, and Robert (named after Rob Renzetti) being his father.

Maybe we could also learn the first names of Professor Utonium and Ms. Keane as well. Professor Utonium's first name is Dominic, while Ms. Keane's first name is Sandra.
