Ooh.... This is amazing- perspective, the story behind the drawing, the texture...
Very intriging and deep in so many ways. To me, this really explains an idea that's been floating around my head. The idea is one where the two polar oposites- ghost 'DNA' and human DNA- destroy eachother.
All in all, this sorta speaks to me through my ideas.

great job. I would say more, but i think that everyone else said what was needed. but I do like the overlaying texture you gave it. Very nice touch.
on the critism side of things, shouldn't danny's hair color be switched? doesn't the black hair go with the street clothes and the white hair go with the HAZMAT suit?
and just so that I'm coming from the correct perspective with my critisistism (Sp?), he's changing forms (probly to human, with that pained look of his), and the gas-looking stuff is what is usually a white ring. Am I right?

I really should have put a story about this drawing, but I've been on the sicky side for the past week and not really feeling like writting a story.
Actully what is happening to Danny in this scene is that he's losing control of his ghost side, hint his ghostly scene is going really wacky and him getting really cold and start to morph into Danny Phantom. Why you ask, well you'll have to wait till that part of my comic comes out, which sadly is coming slowly -_-.
