A simply MASSIVE initial -"BLOOOORT!!"- sound, followed by an engine hum/noise cycling down, tickles my fancy. Maybe with a subtle *thump!* from the clothes and suddenly shrunken body hitting the floor?

Huh. And now I'm reliving my Horror of that scene in Ant-Man where the villian just shrink-kill's a guy in the restroom...
