is on top of a fish eye.. !!!

Lovely use of colour, and the small veins that appear to extend into a circular tail.

I thought this was abstract when I saw the thumbnail--I'm glad I took a closer look! The textures are gorgeous, the guppie is both subtle and clearly defined, and the colors are fantastic!

Very beautiful, creative, and imaginative piece! Those guppies are really something else, aren't they? You put two in a tank and wake up the next morning to 400 of them! You have to admire the dedication to procreate like that!

This is a monotypia - meaning I create the paint stain first, and then turn it into a picture. So - many of the effects were not exactly created by my hand - they kinda turn out themselves
But I'm working in this technique with a great pleasure, and there will be more pictures of this sort soon!!
