Description
There's an AU RP game to go with this peice of work, where Inuyasha is the son of the daiyoukai lord of the West and is expected to marry another daiyoukai's daughter to unite the Western lands. He doesn't like being forced into that so runs off into the forest and stumbles upon Kagome, who has a messed bg in her own right. He figures he'll use her to thwart the betrothal plan...And rather then explain it, I'll just let you read This scene is after a couple weeks of hard-headed "I hate you, I'm so gone when this plot is over" play:

Kagome neko Miko: I didn't ask about 'carnal attraction.' ::she murmured-smirking a little and flicking some of the fountain water at him.:: I questioned the 'some love' comment, and I questioned it on a somewhat deeper level then 'carnal attraction.' ::She wondered idly if he'd catch what she meant-but decided to capitalize on playing with him instead of pushing the point too hard.::
Lone Inu Yasha: :: An amber orb squeezed shut to the light splash, his gaze locked on the water as he muttered:: Why question it? If I said it I meant it, do you have to cross-examine everything coming from me pertaining to such things?
Kagome neko Miko: Keeps things entertaining. ::She responded with a light shrug, and splashed him a bit again.:: If I didn't, I think I'd run out of things to say. Though-I suppose in this case that would be a good thing. ::Having said that-she closed her mouth and swirled her finger in the water a bit. Someone had said 'silence is golden,' might as well follow through.::
Lone Inu Yasha: ::That’s when he splashed the girl back, a little smirk on that boyish face as he sighed:: Your always looking for entertainment, maybe I can aquaint you with the fishes lips since mine don't seem to lure you at all. :: A clawed hand sunk into the pond water::
Kagome neko Miko: Your lips lure me?-What-? ::She blinked completely nonplussed yet slid back away along the fountain's edge with his threat of the fish and catching him sinking his hand in the water.:: Since when did you try to lure me?!-Don't you even dare anything with those fish!
Lone Inu Yasha: You heard me...if your so curious why not test uncharted waters instead of cross examining every little thing I say or do, think about it...:: grabbing up a carp he grinned at her mischievously:: You'll go mad at this rate, would you rather try and kiss me...or Kiss Mr. Carpy-carp here? :: Holds up the slimy wriggling thing in front of her face::
Kagome neko Miko: ::Talk about your blunt invitations. She'd only cross-examined his words this once that she knew of really...but from what she could tell because of it, right now he was practically telling her to kiss him...She arched her brows and peered around the fish.:: You want it that badly, huh? ::She found it sad that he could only think to resort to threats with koi lips to get her to do this. Who said her kissing him as 'sleeping beauty' was unromantic? This paled in comparison.:: Alright. ::She conceded with a little intake of breath, promptly knocking the fish from his claws and sliding right up next to him-lightly placed her hand on his cheek and drew his face slowly ever so close, breathing out slowly before she tilted her head and lightly at first. pressed her lips against his.::
Lone Inu Yasha: :: Perhaps it was his way of playing it safe? She feared rejection, who didn't in this world? Nothing hurt more than rejection or unrequited love, so perhaps this was the test. Thus he looked a little surprised when her lips met hers in a soft kiss. His skin growing warm under her pleasant touch, that carp was dropped back into the fountain as he leaned into that kiss. Deepening it a little daringly as a clawed hand slipped up around her waist.:: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
