She is the same as GIR, she is hyperactive, crazy and stupid, but cheerful. She has a gumball machine inside her belly, so she has an endless supply of bubblegum! She has a VERY sticky tongue and can use it as a tether or just to pull something towards her. Also, like GIR, she has jet engines in her legs. And she adores waffles!:3
