this one was a design for a female Ice Lord as we never saw if the Ice Warriors of Doctor Who had females.So here she is

well apparently they appear in a book or a audio and are fully described in that to be just like the males but more slender with dorsal spines and a spiny crest and apparently the bigger the crest the more attractive they are!

Well in the Big Finsh Dr who Cd bride of Peldon the lead ice warror mentions his sister and the books described a culture as well but again I don't know if you take them into canon but great design by the way and yeah they should be brought back.
