I have a youtube but only to save playlists to listen to :>
And about making a speedpaint... I'm no good with such stuff ;/
I look at many reference pictures a lot before drawing. For example, I dunno how to draw hands properly, so I search for a reference picture to draw them similarly. Also a style... If I find certain style interesting, I just try drawing in a similar way. I still don't have my own style and I suck at anathomy So my way of drawing is thinking up a nice idea {usually a simple pose... am not good with ideas as well >.<}, searching for loads of reference pictures and then drawing.
It's sad to draw this way But I hope that I'll draw by myself without any references in the future

Haha, ok i have your problem too XD I keep on copying after your elf cuz i can't find my own style. And your picture was the only elf drawing i found that i actually liked XD
