Just decided to do this for fun!

Well, the end of Chapter 2's ending screen showed a puddle of ink with Sammy's mask in it, and the axe nearby... I'm pretty sure that it means that "Bendy" took the axe and beat the shit out of Sammy, or that Sammy left his mask behind in a random puddle of ink, along with the axe, and then is gonna show up later on.

It would be cool if he did show up in Chapter 4, though, 'cause he's the only other ink creation who can actually speak, other than Alice! And then we might be able to hear some real back-and-forth conversation between the two!
