- Warning! Huge file! -No birds were killed, these are all naturally molted feathers.
Besides drawing, I also love to collect feathers. These are all owl feathers. And since they are sometimes a bit hard to identify, I decided to upload this huge file c:
You can use this as reference for drawing feathers, or to identify your own found feathers. If you need examples of plumage/ more feathers of a specie; you can always ask me for more pictures c:

I have a few brown wood owl feathers left, and few fluffy great grey owl feathers.
And I also have a lot of small barn owl feathers (but i am maybe trading those with somebody else)
I also have a lot of different eagle owl feathers.
What kind of feathers do you have for trade?

On photo 5 the feather on the right side could be Northern/ Subartic Great Horned Owl too or Turkmenian Eagle Owl
I have many kinds that you have too but I dontβt think that you need more of them. Or do you want more feathers from Tawny Owl, Snowy owl or Eurasian Eagle Owl.
I also have Spectacled Owl, Sibirian Eagle Owl and Long-eared Owl. And I have many eagle, falcon and buzzard feathers, too. Or are you only interested in owl feathers?

Do you only trade the kinds you named before or could you give me some feathers from Western Screech Owl, Southern Boobook, Northern White-faced owl, Northern hawk owl, Rufous legged Owl or Ural Owl? Dou you trade Spotted Eagle Owl and Bengal Eagle Owl?
I could trade feathers from Common Buzzard or Harris Hawk for example. Or Black-chested Buzzard-Eagle wing feather, Bald Eagle tail feather.

Yes they are alowed if they are not native and I know the white faced owl isn't native and it's ok to own barn owl feathers. Sure we can do a trade with the goose and grouse feathers

So I have 3 white faced owl feathers for you, and 1 barn owl wing feather (it's slightly damaged). I also have body plumage of a barn owl. I can make pictures if you are interested

Yes I have a very old ebay account xD I never have done any payments with it, so i do not really know how it works.
I can trade several northern white faced owl feathers, barn owl wing feather. But I would like to keep the tawny and snowy owl feathers. I do have a lot of eagle owl feathers, if youre interested in those. But are owl feathers legal to own in the US?
And also, I saw you have several macaw and grouse feathers for sale. Im interested in those so we could do a trade if you want?

Question: Do the feathers apear to have 'fur' on the barbs?
& are they ragged on the ledge?

Yes, all the feathers have the typical owl 'fur' on them c:
If you mean the fimbriate edge in order to let the owl fly silently; only the primary feathers have those. On the great grey owl feathers, you can see that very clearly.

Yes they are hard to find! Really, where do they keep all the feathers they molt? xD
I love barn owls too c: I live next to a building in which they repair cars, the owner said once that they had barn owls nesting in the top of the building. But i never saw one :c

i eiher have them in differnt bottles, bgs, boxes or on my shelf of many feathers.. i also have peacocks feathers E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E in my room O.O quite literally
