The thickness of the glass refracts the light, giving a faint double image. Hence the slight fuzziness.

Hey man, I haven't commented on any of your photos for a long time but that doesn't mean I don't notice your exceptional work. I had to comment on this one though. She is a beauty. Very nicely composed and lighted. That face is just gorgeous (as well as the rest of her).
