Understanding IslamThis is the first typography I ever do it was done for a TV show called Understanding Islam on Dubai one Channel
and i think it came out pretty good for a first time
it took me a lot of time to make it you can see why

I think making the words go in a circle would be the hard part.

well that wasn't the hardest part that hard part was adjusting the shadow of each text ,
hmmm it seems that no one is interested in this kind of work, is it because it has Islamic content or is it pure hate to Islam .

I take it you are basing this on your none typical page view and fav numbers.
I don't think it's because it's due to hatred of Islam, but that the picture in the center throws it off a bit. It may even be the light behind it, and not the cutout itself.
I like the words and how they spin around, but as they get smaller, I feel discouraged from reading all of it, to make sure I know what all of the words say.
Your set up had a logical layout. I can't think of a way to keep what you have and make it abit better. I thought about changing the cut out to a crescent moon, but then I thought that, that may be a bit more Turkish than Islam.
Now all that is just me. It may be perfectly for others. Ever thought that there are just very few Islamics on DA so by default you won't get that many viewers?
