Character name is Anglar (lame I know but I had 3 days). He's based off an angler fish. They're ugly. His mohawk glows but he has to turn the dial on his belly and only has up to 20 minutes of glow time. He loves upperworld choppers but his legs are so short he had to get one of those lil ones customized with a huge engine. Tee hee. Oh, I guess he's a villian. He ladies with hats

I really like this one, it seems great characters come out of spontenaety (I know it's the wrong spelling but so what.) I thought about giving him glowing tats but time said otherwise. I may still tat him up but ya never know.
