Hello everyone ^_^Here is a new Commission from The venom symbiote has found a new host that being Lara Croft.
All Critiques are welcome and I enjoy the feedback. So if you wish to Critique anyone of my drawing feel free to do so ^_^

btw i just got the new slicK touch screen mp4 player today, its their new product that replaced their silver slicK(2GB)...mine got damaged so i sent it in and they gave me their new product free (4GB)

my Lara Croft also had issue with ancient container and opening up and releasing the symbiote.

She does seem to have the bad luck on releasing stuff that was seal away for a reason.

My, my... This is interesting! You don't see much fan-art of nineties-style Lara. While I prefer the Legends/Anniversary/Underworld trilogy one myself, I do love classic Lara's broad shoulders and hairstyle. I also love the patterns the symbiote has left along her upper arms and the base of her neck. The holster patterns are gorgeous.
The first Tomb Raider came out along the same time as the graphic novel release of Spiderman and Venom: Maximum Carnage, so this pic holds a nostalgic value for me.
I'm not without criticism, however. I can tell you were going for her disproportionate look, but I think you went a bit overboard around her waist. Her upper torso and hips don't horizontally match from each other. Her neck and shoulder blades seem oddly segmented, though this may be an artistic choice based of her original design. Her eyes seem crooked as well. I don't like the backdrop. The pillar looks flat, almost like a razor blade. I love the hieroglyphics on it's base, though. There isn't enough shading along the edges of the background so it's much harder to see a sense of depth. I'm sorry if I sound overly harsh. It's a flawed masterpiece.
I don't have a Premium Account, and I have no intention on buying one when I could buy commissions instead, hence my "comment Critique." I have to ask: do the hieroglyphics tell a story like the symbiote being sealed? That's brilliant!

Oh I didn't know that. I read more of the DC comics at that time.
I can under stand not liking the backdrop I am able to color and shadow people right but I have issue when doing non living creatures. That one of the main things I am working on when I draw. if you know any good place to get information to improve it please past it along. X_X I was trying to make the pillar look round which was my intents.
That not a problem not a lot of people have Premium accounts. That fine feel free to take a look at my other drawing and Critique them as well it let me know what I didn't notice so I can improve them in the future. yes they do the hieroglyphics does tell the story of the symbiote being sealed but of course you can't see the whole story. What you can see is the first panel is the star falling from the sky, then the next one is of great waves moving at the star command. (^_^ the meteor impact shock) the next row panel show the great trip the star had to travel since arriving. Then while being watched a great darkness come out of the star. the next panel show a queen and of course one of the venom symbols of course the rest of the story is off panel.

The only thing i see wrong is the lips are slightly large. Unless your going for the angelina jolie look then i guess its dead on lol

^_^ I am glad you loved it. I have been looking at other venom symbiote as of late so I have some new interesting ideas for when I draw another VT drawing.
