Description
Kyubi Monokai (キュウビ物怪 Kyūbi Monokai) is a fox spirit who masters the Fire Style Kaijutsu (火遁の怪術 Katon no Kaijutsu, lit. Fire Style Monster Arts).

Powers & Abilities
Possession: Monokai possesses inside of people in order to regain their physical bodies, by fusing with the Kaimalet that the person held.
Fire Style Kaijutsu: The Monokai who mastered this Kaijutsu can perform fire-based attacks.
Kitsunebi: Kyubi summons and releases ghost fireballs with his nine tails.

Etymology
- The name "Monokai" comes from "mononoke" (物の怪 mononoke), a Japanese spirits that according to the literature were said to do things like possess individuals and make them suffer, cause disease, or even cause death.

Origin
Kyubi is also known as a kitsune, a fox spirit that possesses paranormal abilities as they get older. The more tails they may have as many as nine, the more wiser and powerful they are.
