I always felt they didn't emphasize their conflicting natures/powers nearly enough in the show.

yeah, that REALLY bugged me. there have been a couple of times in the episode "Jailbirds" where I just wanted to groan. Megs and Liqui touched quite a lot in that episode, and I was upset he didn't get fried.
...Not that I want Megs hurt...But I like logic!

I know! They touched TWICE in that ep! Megs didn't even panic, let alone short out!
The only conflicts that ever came between them was 'Darkwing Doubloon' ("Get any water on me, and I'll evaporate ya!") and towards the end of 'Just Us Justice Ducks, Pt. 2'! There was SO many other missed opportunities, though! I mean, it's only logical; their two elements do NOT go together. It's been adressed WAY better in fanfiction.
