well i set my camera up on a tripod, set the aperture to f10 had a friend walk about halfway down with a light and focused on it, i used my wired remote with the locking function to lock the shutter open, then i used two battery powered led glowsticks i got at walmart for $3 each one in each hand and walked down the bridge walkway thing, i turned off the glowsticks and turned on my led flashlight and shined it well in front of me so my feet didn't show up in the shot(btw it helps to wear black) and walked back shining my flashlight on the walkway letting it sway naturally with my stride it's easy you just have to have a tripod, a remote that can keep the shutter open, and somewhere dark, if you look my shutter was open for 85 seconds that's how the surroundings show up from the moonlight
there are several more photos in my gallery like this feel free to check them out and try it yourself

Cool. owo Sounds complicated, but the end result is awesome! I didn't know you could keep the shutter open like that, I'll have to look into that.
