And with...twenty minutes to spare!
I've been trying to get this up since I got back from class but between photoshop troubles and being forced to deal with my horrid poetry writing skills...it took a lot longer than I thought. But it's up and that's all that matters! 
But please, pardon my horrid drawing talents and even worse poetry writing skills
For some reason my muse thought I should combine the two together...some days I don't know what she's thinking...
Anywho, hope it doesn't scare too many people But that aside, I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Third Danniversary! (I love that word
) 
Here's to three wondrous years of Danny Phantom! And while I may only have been in the phan-verse for a year, I've been watching the show since it started and have loved every episode of it! 
So here's to three glorious years of Danny Phantom! We wouldn't be where we are without you!
And a huge thanks to ~SG-Phantom for showing me some photoshop tricks of the trade for the rings!

God, I know. It seems like a lot shorter. Granted it could be because I just got resurged into the phandom a year ago and was around at the beginning only for a summer before I went back to my house without Nick, but still, it seems like it's been much shorter than just three years.
I really do wish it could go on, but I guess all good things have to come to an end sometime right? Still, I wish it could have lasted longer

Yeah, I bet when Vlad goes out again that he's gonna get his butt kicked big time by Valerie Gray. Now that I'd like to see. If like that does happen and Danny's fighting with her kicking Vlad's butt, then I'm gonna need some popcorn and soda to see that one and just watch the show.

I haven't seen either of the episodes, but I have seen the summeries spoilers, so I can see what you mean. I believe Valerie does find out in Phantom Planet when Danny reviels to the world. I saw a clip of when he changed back in front of everyone and saw the look on Valerie's face. She looked surprised.

Yeah, she definitely did, but that's all they really did. I wish they did a lot more with it but if it came to sacrificing plot in PP then I like it the way it was. Still, an epilogue or something would have been nice, or replacing the DxS scene at the end (as cute as it was

Yeah, very true, but Kim Possible is Disney and this is stupid Nickelodeon. Any show they've kicked off, so far, has never come back on, at least to my knowledge.

there were other shows that had like more then three seasons in Nick like Spongebob and the Fairly Odd Parents. I think Rugrats also had more then three seasons.

I think it depends how popular the shows are, if Danny Phantom is popular enough, then they won't cancle it, but if it isn't, then they will. Mainly it depends I think. That's why I'm not a save Danny Phantom fan, just for the reason that it mostly depends on how popular a show is and how hard it takes for them to make a thirty-minute show. The third season is gonna hit United States finally in July I heard.

Well, here's hoping it's popular enough then, but something tells me to not get my hopes up too high because if it was popular then we wouldn't be in the process of being canceled. Then again I originally heard that the reason the show was threatened was because of a misunderstanding between Hartman and Nick, since FOP was being canceled as well at the time. But they brought that one back didn't they? So that can't be it...

Oh, yeah. As a matter of fact, I just started yet another fanfiction-that-I'll-probably-never-finish which takes place in Germany during the Holocaust. Basically Danny, who (in this story) has no interest in politics or the news, gets thrust into a struggle against the Nazis when he finds Sam and her family hiding in the attic (for now, I might change it later), thanks to his mother. Yes, Sam is Jewish, as confirmed in "The Fright Before Christmas", and if you know me, you'd know I love putting DxS into my stories. I started with chapter 1 last night, but I wasn't feeling too creative with the details. Vlad will be in there, too (I don't think I need to say whose political side he'll be on).

That is awesome! I love the poem - your poetry is better than anything I could write. xD
And the picture's really good - I love what you've done with the rings. I've had photoshop for about 2 months now and I can't figure out how the darn thing works. I mean, I can do basic stuff, like drawing and transparenting and stuff, but I can't make anything glow.
And as a DP phangirl/fanartist, that's something I NEED to know! xD

I think I have Photoshop CS, but I don't really use it. I use Photoshop Elements 3, since it came with my tablet for free.
Would it be the same for the tutorials?

As for the rings and just general glowing effects, what version photoshop do you have? If you have 6 (or I think higher works) you can click on a later and select "Blending Options" and select "Outer Glow" and tweak with it there. Here are a few tutorials.

[link] - This one's a tutorial for coloring Danny and has the glow effects at the end, and for the older version of 6 as well.

And the poetry... eh, you've already said it's not so hot. Rhyme and scansion are off in places. Honestly, though, the worst part of it is that it's hard to read. You chose a curly font and you made it small.

But I fixed the pic so that it enlarges bigger so it's easier to read. I had the original size almost three times that when I was working on it, so it was clear for me
