I love these characters, you’ve used shape theory really well. The villain is full of squares and triangles, giving him the feeling like he/she is steadfast in their beliefs, a force to be reckoned with and extremely dangerous.
As for the other character, I am going to assume they are a soldier of some kind, I’m leaning more towards the villains right hand person. Or possibly the villain in another outfit. While they have some circles on their design, this makes me think (if my first theory is correct), that trust that indicates is between the two characters rather than for us the audience. The fact their mask is a square and triangle shows to me that they are hiding something about themselves that is darker in nature (in a “good aligned” character that could be something like trauma or a mistake in their past), but here I get the feeling it’s more personality based. Their armour and stance is squared depicting strength and reliability (again it feels more for the villain than anything else, but that could be a proximity thing), and the triangular designs on their armour indicate danger.
Over all, whether this is one character in two outfits or two characters, you have used shape theory beautifully to show how powerful and imposing these characters are. Lending them real personality without having to see their faces. You should be so proud of that xxx

It’s my pleasure. I can see how much thought and work has gone into them. You’ve obviously worked hard to hone this skill set and you should be proud of that. They are imposing, even in black and white. As concept art, they’re great... at least to me. Xx

It’s my pleasure, I love them. I can see how much thought and work you put into them. They are extremely readable, which is important for character design, you should be able to get a sense for who they are by what they look like and colour scheme etc. But even in black and white these characters have an imposing presence. It’s a skill you have obviously honed and you should be proud of that. Xx
