Description
Eastern Water Dragon,
Glenrock State Conservation Area, NSW
This character was sunning itself on a fallen tree near a small creek that I crossed on the way back from a walk today. He(?) attempted to hide, scurrying further into the undergrowth, but I managed to follow a little way in and snapped a few shots. Yesterday there was a lot of rain so it was rather cool and damp in here.
