So clean and nice ;A;
Can I ask you a question-
So if you have a tablet, your lines automatically come out really thin and skinny like that, right? (I don't have one)
Or do you have to set it, I'm trying out Illustrator and it's so new to me arghh
Thanks!

OMG, I basically begged the other artists on TM to tell me how to get better lines. I do have a tablet, but didn't get the nice thin lines until I started using the 2px brush on a huuuuuge canvas. I'm really new to skinny lines, hahaha. So no, it's not automatic, but if I can do it, anyone can!

Geez I better need to get one /otlotl
How huge? ;A; A-and what about where, I don't even know how to explain, where you make it bright as light and make it glow white from your subject? OTLidkkk
I've just always thought to want to achieve that glowing white aura illuminating from my pictures like I see on others' ;_;
You seem like such a pro though, Copper ; ~;

Hm, for this one I used a canvas that was 2400px x 2400px at 300 dpi with the 2px brush. I'm really new at it though...
As for the glow, I use a layer behind the character and the 'Overlay' option. It's great for making shadows, or glowing or evening out the color of the character with the background.
I'm so not pro, it hurts...hahaha...I'm procrastinating on other things and use art as a way to justify that.

I'll just keep the bits you said in mind until I discover exactly what to do by accident
Thanks so much! And no, I'm totally envious of you! /pats

Your painting looks very lovely! I love the color scheme and overall execution the actual drawing. Two things that I feel the need to bring to your attention is the shading under her left knee and the reflection on the water surface. I think there's too much shading under her knee, giving it a weird effect that doesn't look quite right. Also, with the way she's posed, I shouldn't be able to see her face in the reflection. Other than that, it's pretty good!
