It's more of a guilty pleasure ship for me personally. But I can do my best to explain it.
Main reason I ship it is because of their blonde hair. Again, it's just a guilty pleasure ship to me, so my reasoning sucks. In RP's it's kind of fun, it's something different for sure, so that might be part of the attraction.
Anyway, I asked a few people who ship Twenny as their otp, and I got a better answer for you.
They both seem to have addiction personalities. Tweek with his coffee, and Kenny with... just whatever he happens to like. With that in mind they'd have something relateable to go by.
The addiction personalities and blonde hair seems to be the only answer I got out of people. Sorry I couldn't explain it better v.v

I think I remember one Twenny fic where Kenny actually talked Tweek down from suicide by explaining what happened after you died. That was an interesting look at them.
