It's a variation on an angler fish, (but with arms). Those are pretty monstrous looking already. An alternative title could be 'don't look back in angler.'

I've been working on this today including her face, which has 'that look' you like, (even if it is a fiddly job being about the size of your thumb nail). Just got seaweed and columns left to do. Yay.
