Sherlock smoking for thisisnotmyhomeplanet on tumblr!
I was taking requests as a way to get myself loosened up. (I have a huge 'Inception' project I am working on.)
I really, REALLY got carried away with this one. Kinda went all art nouveau.
Hopefully I got across how aloof/disdainful/arrogant he is. (We love him for it though!) John is not happy that Sherlock is smoking. He’s probably making a ‘seriously? and a nicotine patch?’ face at Sherlock.

Kinda reminds me of those vintage cigarette ads by Alphonse Muncha (I think that's how you spell his name anyway). I like this though with its cool unaffected sexiness. Nice job

Nicotine patches don't work, seriously, take it from a former Smoker, the only way to go is Cold Turkey, everything else is a crutch.
Still, I have to say you never really get over it, why just last week I was ripping apart the house looking for a cigarette...and I quit 5 years ago!
Whatever, I still smoke, but rarely and only because I enjoy it. I just switched from imported cigarettes to 20 dollar cigars

Oh my! I love the whole Art Nouveau look to it. His face is absolutely perfect! And the book... and the colours... and. and.
