Description
Here is Nagie's evil twin brother who sold out his family in the name of the ICE (the Malaysian version of the PIA). He was jealous of Nagie being chosen as the face of the temple and how he was not considered a worthy successor to the throne because of his violent nature. (Nagie came from a family of pacifists who were raised by monks and the elder viewed him too dangerous.) He was found by the ICE (Investigation of Cryptid Encounters) who viewed him as a valuable asset in the investigation of nagas. It was them who manipulated him off of his jealousy to storm the temple and give his family over to them. In his lust for power he made a pact with Avalon who helped him rise up the ranks in the ICE. (Little did he know that Avalon was using him as well, but to gain info on the ICE.)

(Nefram and Nagie are twins, but besides their outfits you can tell them apart by one small difference. Nefram has a black tongue and Nagie's is pink. XD)
